Manufacturing Assembler / Operator

Join a fast-paced, innovative team supporting the production of high-quality pressure sensors, transducers, and calibration instruments known for their precision and reliability.

Your Role:

• Assemble electro/mechanical components following line manager instructions.

• Adhere to strict Health & Safety standards.

• Help your team meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance targets.

• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.

• Build and assemble PCBs onto mechanical parts.

• Review workload with line management and follow detailed manufacturing instructions via computer systems.

What Were Looking For:

• Good manual dexterity with electro/mechanical assembly.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility to multitask and rotate across processes.

• Soldering experience (J-std or IPC) is a plus but not required.

• Reliable, motivated, and comfortable working independently or within a close-knit team.
